HOP Player does not provide any content. It contains no channels, streams, movies or media of any kind, and it is purely a media player. To use HOP Player you must upload your own playlist (M3U or Xtream Codes) from a provider or source that you already have. For privacy reasons we do not have access to your playlists and cannot provide any assistance regarding them.
Our products and services are designed for legal use only. By using the Service, you confirm that you understand and agree that you are permitted to use it only for purposes such as:
You are solely responsible for the playlists, sources and content you use with the App, and for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws in your country.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to access content you are not authorised to access. The use of VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent restrictions is prohibited and may result in suspension of access to the Service.
Access to the Service requires devices that meet our system and compatibility prerequisites. Users are responsible for their own internet service and data usage. Certain services may be unavailable in your area due to programming or provider restrictions.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. There is no warranty that the App or website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App, website or its servers are free from harmful components.
To the full extent permissible by law, HOP Player will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (including, but not limited to, loss of business, opportunity, data or profits) resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App or website. Nothing within these Terms and Conditions aims to exclude or limit liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees or agents.
Where an activation or service fee applies, you acknowledge that you have been informed about the nature of the service and the applicable charges, which are subject to change. Payments are due immediately and are non-refundable, except where a service is not delivered as advertised or as required by law. Please review your orders carefully.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
